The map of knowledge resources for soil advisors collects and locates existing resources in four categories. One is training and education, which lists courses offered by various organisations. Another is Tools and Applications, which lists tools that can assist soil advisors in assessing or communicating about soil health.
The third category is social media, which collects platforms where soil advisors can interact with peers, find first-hand testimonies or blog posts that support their activities. The last category is written material, which groups together all types of documentation in text form that provide information relevant to soil advisors.
The map below can be filtered according to these criteria: Country; Language; Access type; and Cost. Each entry includes the resource name, author/editor, country, language, access type and cost, summary, and link.
Explore the map below! This resource has been developed using the GoGoCarto platform. The platform is free and open source. Users can create maps with different tags and filter according to the data structure. Entries can be added at https://nbsoil.gogocarto.fr/. FiBL will regularly curate additional entries for the duration of the project.
